Quick turkey breast recipe (Pressure Cooker)
This recipe is very quick and easy but at the same time makes a delicious turkey breast! If you do not have a pressure cooker yet you can get one in our store!
1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
1 turkey breast, thawed
1 cup of chicken broth
1 onion (cut into large chunks)
2 ribs celery (cut into large chunks)
1 tablespoon of cornstarch, or more if needed
2 tablespoons of water
Firstly sprinkle your turkey with the onion soup mix and place it in the pot of your pressure cooker or an ''instant pot''. Now add the onion and the celery over the top and around the turkey breast, and pour chicken broth over it.
You can now seal your pressure cooker and bring it to high/low pressure and cook until juices run clear for about 30 minutes. After that you can time release pressure through natural release method for approx. 20 minutes. When that time passes you can take your turkey out, put it on a plate and slice.
Mix your water and cornstarch together in a bowl and add a small amount of hot liquid from the pot, mix it until it is dissolved. Pour that mixture into the pot and keep whisking until it is thickened, and serve that natural gravy along with your delicious turkey!
