How to use the protein casings Ø55?

Firstly, immerse the casing in water mixed with salt (add ½ glass of salt for each 1 litre of water) for about 15 minutes. Staff the casing with products of your choice and prepare sausages as you wish. The optimal temperature of steaming is 75°C, smoking - 75°C, cold smoking - 40°C. The protein casings have been tested and approved for food contact.
