Shipping & Returns
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during delivery, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the delivery.
Smoke & Pork deliver items under 25kg anywhere in Republic of Ireland from Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5pm. Deliveries are dispatched from Smoke & Pork on the next working day after the order has been placed and you should then receive your item within the next 5 working days. Please take note that Smoke & Pork does not ship and deliver on weekends or public and bank holidays.
( if apply )You can track and trace your order through pointed transport provider by following instructions in the email alert detailing the delivery details.
Some of delivery options may do not offer tracking your package online.
On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will digitally sign (if required) for the order but if we miss you, we'll leave a calling card so you can easily rearrange delivery.
Goods remain property of Smoke & Pork Ltd. until delivery complete.

Christmas is a time when there’s most pressure on delivery & courier companies. We will do our best to fulfill and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow at least 2 weeks to give yourself the best chance as not being disappointed. Any orders placed on the 23rd of December will not be shipped until the 4th of January
Cut off period for items larger than 30kg needs to be placed by Sunday 15th December 2020.
If your online purchase is delivered and you find that it doesn’t fit or is not exactly what you wanted or you have simply changed your mind, then the EU Consumer Rights Directive provides a 14-day cooling off period starting from the date you received the item. This means that we'll be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on any merchandise that is returned unused, not damaged by customer or during transportation and with original packaging. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed.*
ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITH RETURN LABEL DATED AFTER THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD WILL BE DISCARDED AND NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE ISSUED! (NO EXCEPTIONS)
PLEASE NOTE THAT COOLING-OFF PERIOD DOES NOT APPLY TO PERISHABLE GOODS SUCH AS FOOD ITEMS EG. SAUSAGE CASINGS, YEAST, SPICES, RENNET ETC.
*If the return is made because you are not satisfied with your purchase or you just change your mind you will have to cover delivery and return shipping cost!

If you want to cancel your order and return goods, you are responsible for taking care of them until they are returned. If you don’t you may have to pay for diminished value. This means that if the goods are damaged or lose value as a result of you handling them beyond what is necessary to check the features, functionality, characteristics, fit etc, you may have to pay for part or the full cost of the item.

For faulty items or damaged during transportation, we accept returns in store and via DPD. Go to https://dpd.ie/Returns#/ choose Smoke & Pork from dropdown list and follow on screen instructions (You will need a printer to print a label and drop the parcel to a DPD drop off point). If any returns need to be made due to the above reasons, please notify us immediately with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org noting your name, order number and item details before returning the package to the below address.
To return a faulty item using DPD return portal go to https://dpd.ie/Returns#/ ,continue as a guest or login if you have a DPD account. From the retailer dropdown list choose - SMOKE & PORK LTD. as reference - use your order number, for the reason of return, choose - "related to your case", then follow on screen instructions and print the return label, stick the label to the parcel, then drop down the parcel to the nearest DPD pickup points. In Ireland there are many pickup points and you can find them by DPD.ie website pickup point finder https://dpd.ie/Pickup.

If for any reason you wish to cancel an unpaid or paid order this may be done by contacting our online support on email@example.com, before your order status change to "processed". We reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery, packaging materials and labour fees in respect of any late cancellations, it means that the amount returned to your card will be reduced by those costs. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of these terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
